Built reproducible BigQuery/Colab workflows over real MIMIC-III records. Sepsis cohort: 14,966 adult patients; mortality prediction with first-24-hour clinical features; Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and XGBoost; separate NLP studies using spaCy, scispaCy, and medspaCy.
